What does it mean “preparing item” on Ktown4u???

I ordered today and it wasn’t showing that it was out of stock nor is it a pre-order because it’s the 3rd day since the album got released. Yet it’s not even showing expected delivery date or shipment number and is stuck at “preparing item” like it’s out of stock. Help please
