I've been meaning to do this for a long time so here it is
1. Interesting - this is mostly used for news and information
ie. XYZ group are coming back or someone got covid
think of it as "thank you for providing such information it is appreciated"
2. Nice 
- this is usually used for content/pictures/variety stuff
ie. new episode of Time to Twice or Studio Choom video
this of it as "I enjoyed the new content - thank you"
3. No comment - I neither agree nor disagree with your comment statement and usually will not comment further
4. Insightful - usually coupled with the insightful reaction generally means you wrote something really insightful
5. Indeed - generally refers to a statement where I agree with such statement
ie. Jisoo is the prettiest kpop idol - Indeed
