how would you manage treasure better?

    • No more prominent beat drops, party choruses at the end. (There are groups who pull that off very well but that's not Treasure). YG sound doesn't have to be about that. Instead, the choruses should be mostly sung, simple (even basic), easy-listening, and make use of some unique vocal colours in the group.
    • No more "cool" concepts, no more cars and such. Lean heavier visually into that bright, refreshing theme. I'm thinking of multiple bright colours being used at once, amusement parks, fun props, "light" looking materials in the background, bright skies (instead of constantly filming indoors); of course not overdo it and leave space for the expression of emotions other than happiness.
    • Also make the themes of their music be expressed in a softer, more emotional way. Love songs can stay, just don't try to blend them with a cool concept.
    • Come up with an overarching plot/theme for their music videos. It doesn't have to be very complicated, or show in every scene or the video, just be there.
    • Come up with easily noticeable, recurring styling tropes for the 5-6 members that have the most potential to stand out easily.
    • Create a long-term subunit project. The members of units should vary, with half of the members being from the more popular half, the other being from the less popular half of the group. Make them release singles once in a while. Releases should occur with enough spacing between each other. The music should be at all times, different from what Treasure are usually doing as a whole group, and the songs should have MVs too: not necessarily expensive but memorable ones. Attempt to promote these songs without actually promoting them on music shows.
    • 2 more comebacks in 2022, then 2 Korean comebacks every year.

I disagree with the parts I crossed out. Too restrictive.

  • there is sooo much filler members
