I'm seeing alot of tweets made by Japan fans & popular Japanese figures complimenting aespa hmmm

Do they have any chance to get big in japan if they only drop japanese albums but they don't promote there? Besides one of their songs going viral??

winter has quite big fanbase in japan, it's a plus already

so I think it will be a success but how high the success are depending on the promo and the song. Pray that they get SJJD-like discography

I don't mind usa promotions, kpop is global so it's understandable sm wants to promote their new groups in usa but it'd be a mistake if sm ignores japan market when they could make more money there from touring and selling albums than any other country. SM has being ignoring japan for years so low expectations with their japan debut.
