I'm glad he apologized in person to her, and I hope he's more careful with his words in the future. Not just in how he talks about women, but most of his other controversies stem from him putting his foot in his mouth unnecessarily. It's really hard to reset how you speak to have that pause between the thought and what actually comes out of your mouth, but it sounds like he's made a sincere commitment to Jamie to try harder.
