When people say they miss Kei's "old" or even "real" nose, do they know

That the recentish surgery she had was actually a reconstruction one?

And it turned out great, but the nose she had before wasn't her "real" nose as she had surgery on it before that ended leaving her with unbreathable nostrils?

Like, this wasn't her "real" nose? People sure got used to it, but it wasn't her real nose, and we all have to respect the fact that her original surgery didn't turn out well, she was unhappy and had it redone and fixed and looks way more confident now! What exactly are people missing, pinched nose and botched nostrils/tip? She looks so good and happy now!

I do believe this last surgery was successful in a way that it made her nose and especially nostrils look way better than before it. Unfortunately, the surgery before it was not good imho.

I'm gonna be honest and say I found her pretty all throughout this though!
