WHY ARE SOME PEOPLE SO FUCKING RUDE?! WHAT THE FUCK DOES IT GET YOU?!

Spending 30 minutes going round in circles with a customer shouting down the phone, and then expecting me to put them on hold whilst I write up a complaint and read it back to them word for word?
