God, how this Trump infuriates me. As soon as he left the post of president, he immediately began selling his real estate. Why?! He already has a lot of money; why do you need even more!? Where will you spend such a large amount of cash, because sooner or later you will die and you will not take everything with you? Although it seems to me that this is such a human character because I have a friend who invests money in real estate in different countries. He recently purchased several houses in the Philippines and is currently renting them out. In general, he tells me that it is better to keep a lot of money in real estate. I don't know whether to believe him or not?
