Wendy's sister

Supposed to be the sister of Red Velvet's Wendy, or is there another Wendy? She doesn't look like RV Wendy at all, also looks tall.

Edit: If you google search RV Wendy's sister she looks completely different than this. It can't be her unless she's had a truly amazing amount of plastic surgery.
