Mnet awards a Japanese artist?

    Can someone please tell me what this Award is about? Scince when does Mnet have a award dedicated to Japan only?

    Oh and BTW the two dudes on the pictures are from the Japanese-Korean group NIK. The Japanese from the tweet translated just says that Ryo (the right dude) is curious about Ryuta's (the left one) tie, so IDK whats even going on here ...
