BTS didn’t have a US label and charted in Billboard100, sold out stadiums in US and Europe, won various US awards.. since 2017

for some acts it works for bb200. but, you can see them only in bb200 after they have a us label. i guess it helps. there are acts who are naturally big there like bts charting since 2016 with no us label at all

so it really depends on the act. if you have us label though, it really helps in promo and playlisting. see bp, lisa and rose who had tons of playlist.
