That is a good question and the answer is no, Nightcore tends to be when you repitch a song and speed it up or have a vocalist record the song over an instrumental live and then pitch it . Vocaloid and Utaloids are voice banks that you use to have basically virtual vocal instruments sing vocals you put into the computer system/program.

Nightcore is a sped up, pitched-up edit of a song. Vocaloid is a voice synthesiser software, so vocaloid songs are just songs in which the vocals were made with the software.
I haven't really listened to vocaloid in a while but I think this is a pretty comprehensive list of iconic songs โฆalthough there are a lot I would add, if it were up to me
