H.O.T forum from 2000?

I did a little research and it turns out you can migrate forums from several sources and turn them into groups on the website this is currently hosted on (Tapatalk). Some of the forum systems/BBSes they can turn into Tapatalk groups are years old (I don't recognize most of the logos shown, but one called phpBB dates back to the tail end of 2000). I don't have solid proof of where this was hosted before being converted into a Tapatalk group, but it's probably real. The dates match up, too. (Tapatalk is also a real forum system. I've seen it used a fair amount of times.)
