Why are many NCTzens not rooting for Hot Sauce to win AOTY?

99.9% the award will go to BTS but there is 0.1 chance of NCT getting it as well. Non NCTzens prefer Hot Sauce but most NCTzens are rooting for only Sticker. Why is that?

contrary to common belief and rumours, NCT units don't always share fans. just because both Dream and 127 sold 2M+ with their albums and 1M+ with their repacks, it doesn't mean it is the same people buying the albums.

Dream and 127 have common fans and many fans that bias one unit but are casual fans of the other, however they also have many separate fans that sometimes hate the other unit (especially from Dream side because they feel like their favorite unit was treated unfairly while 127 was prioritised)

anyway, the ones rooting for Sticker to win are either 127 own fans or general NCT fans that think Sticker was the better album. i stan the entirety of NCT, all 23 members and 4 units but i genuinely think Sticker was the (much) better album and that's why i am rooting for it to win instead of Hot Sauce, even though i truly love Hot Sauce both as a song and as an album.
