帮帮我 pronounced as "bang bang wo"

It means "help me"

I don't know the context and I don't understand Korean, but she said "救救我" pronounced "jiu jiu wo" means "save me" before the “帮帮我” part.

Not sure about the context so can't really figure out why they are laughing
