I watched YouTube videos to see what it was like before my turn
there was a waiting room before tickets went on sale so get in as soon as it opens. Then once the sale starts you'll automatically go in a queue. Once it's your turn you get to pick tickets.
I would just sort by best seats and hurry up and check out. Make sure payment details are saved already. Your tickets could be taken while checking out so you gotta be quick!

3. are you a ticketmaster verified fan? (if yes, did it matter?)
4. do you have to have the physical army membership kit (if yes, is it the one that costs $15.00? or the $160.00? and how long did it take to reach you after you ordered it?)

2. Right when waiting room opened which that day was an hour before the sale
3. Just global army membership with no kit
I used my work computer which I think was a mistake cause I had a bunch of issues and it wouldn't move me from the waiting room to the queue. One of my army buddies had the same day as me and went into the waiting room same time I did and was able to get me tickets. The payment portion kept giving her issues though so save a few options just in case.
It was a wreck but I know people who had a very smooth process.

In this case you get a code if you're verified but not everyone was verified...prolly due to volume. I never got in but I know people that saw floor seats still available
