fairly important...after all a person's character is what defines them and once lost it's hard to regain that trust back

it's easier to earn one's trust if they haven't betrayed you

what's my line may be and will probably be different to your line...

in fact criminal activities which you've mentioned may not be a loss of integrity at all...ie. for some countries weed is completely a crime whereas I wouldn't think less of a person who smoked weed
