1. Eliminating 45 trainees in 1st global voting, they should eliminate about 30, maybe even bit less.
2. Bad timing of the end of each global voting. It always ends less than a day after performances, this already robbed some kids from votes because they were performing week after first batch of groups.
3. Casting vocal masters which are pretty unknown for kpop fans
4. Casting only two likeable masters: Tiffany & Mihawk
5. Manipulating viewers minds with revealing ranking for theme song without explaining who/why/what happened etc.
6. Exhausting trainees with unnecessary long filming of O.O.O. theme song performance, when we barely can see half of them through the clip.
7. Making ranking announcements too long, especially with MC Jingoo oppa asking girls questions after rank announcement, then girls thanking fans, and then TOP 9 thanking and giving speeches again...
8. Masters setting up kids with stupid comments like: "Your brother is famous", "What would you like to say to Yujin?", "You are not so good to be number 1", "Go home", "They should be stressed because other groups performed well". ps: "what were those facial expressions?" 
9. Not being strict with 'cell' system. Either you stick to it, drop translators, and make kids try to communicate on their own, or you don't make cell system at all, and bring enough translators for everyone.
10. Allowing masters to openly talk in a way which show favoritism towards certain trainee:

11. Making 'child photo matching' being most important side-quest through whole show - remember after it the winners could create their own team.
12. Making some combinations, creations, etc... forgetting about the fact that maybe fans would like to see 60-90 second solo performances from remaining contestants.
