Because the ONLY artist on here for all of 2020 that doesn't have a small ass town as it's top 3 streaming cities is Roddy Rich. And obviously BTS in 2021. It's gaining traction and I want to hear your thoughts on this AKP ARMY.

It's not raw streams, but relative streams. So it's easier for smaller cities to make it to the list. It doesn't prove nor disprove anything, but it's an explanation.
