I see people say that "teenage girls listen to kpop and like anime ew" or "teenage girls are so weird." Sometimes they specify the age like "14 girls are annoying" or any kind of criticism. They assume that if you're a teenage girl, you're a crazy immature fanatic. And I'm not saying all teenage girls are good, there are some who really do ruin other people's day But generally, teenagers are just trying to enjoy their childhood while it still lasts and they may act less "mature" so they can enjoy life and "be a kid." A lot of what they wanna do is have fun and enjoy the stuff they enjoy. Eventually, there will come a time where they'll have to focus on adult stuff and that's not very fun.
Teenage girls go through a lot at their age, the last thing they need is for people to make fun of them when they are just trying to have a good life before the hardships of adulthood come. Let them like what they like, let them be kids. Thank you!
