It's even more hilarious because BTS announced that date, others followed suit shortly after. BTS can't really choose another date in July to release Permission to Dance because the ARMY fan name and club were officially revealed on July 9th. But what are the other artists' excuses? They had July 2, July 16, July 23, and July 30 to choose from. Will BTS ever not be the main characters on all fronts?
