If you can move your fav to another company/agency, what company/agency would that be?

Honestly, I think fans shit on companies way too often. Everytime something goes wrong, it's supposedly the company's fault: mismanagement here, mistreatment there... It doesn't mean those things don't exist. Just that it can't be the go-to explanation for every failure.
