Sip or gulp your drink?

So I got a question, in order to get the “full” effect of an energy drink, is it better to gulp the whole can or am I better off sipping? Or is the way of getting it in my body not matter at all

I don’t really feel energetic drinking energy drinks so I’m genuinely curious. Thanks

Depends on how tasty it is.

I only drink water and iced tea so it just depends on how thirsty I am
