best way to learn hiragana/katakana?

i've always wanted to learn japanese but everytime i start learning hiragana i get too confused and unmotivated

i've downloaded bunch of apps and games to learn the language system but i get too overwhelmed

do you happen to know an app, web page or a technic to learn this that is made more easily? like idk hiragana for dummies like me

This is a link to a drag and drop game for hiragana/katakana memorization. You just drag the syllable to the matching sound. I don't know if it will help you, but for me, taking time every day to play this game helped me become way more adept at recognizing each syllable and their corresponding sound. So yeah, you can try it, and see if it works for you.

you don't need any app, just get a sheet that has both in it and practice writing them daily... start with hiragana as it's easier and do 5 characters at a time, only move on to the next set when you're sure you've memorized the current one..
