Doubt it was Netflix because SKZ had a whole bunch of certs on the same day (including the one for God's Menu).
I never take unit counts seriously, so at this point I think those other songs just aren't eligible.

They're eligible according to the unit counts we have available. Unless the RIAA is using different numbers, it's the same criteria.
