Shoot might dethrone ABCD as the best Twice solo title. And among the bsides, I like BF the most but Ribbons and Band-Aid sound good too. My Guitar is horrible tho

Above is an example of Chaeyoung's Art Style and her debut Album reflects her influences, she isn't desperate to be different, she's simply being allowed to be herself.

While I agree that her music might not be to everyone's tastes, TWICE fans appreciate she isn't going to be pretentious to just release Rap Songs due to her position in TWICE.

Over the years she's mention the type of Songs she listens to and the Artists that inspire her and most aren't mainstream.

Anyway, thanks for replying to the thread.

We simply aren't going to see or get many Kpop Idols that would be allowed to go outside the mainstream music of popular Idol genre, thankfully JYPE allowed her to have a voice.

Good for her I guess that's she's allowed to express herself. She doesn't seem to care about doing well on the charts (neither does jyp) so my opinion isn't relevant as long as her fans like it.
