I want to understand how It happened, because they didn't release special versions for UK without the content inside that go against their rules โ as far as I know.
I wonder If they have one version that fits and I don't know

I think it's the vinyl that makes the difference.
I saw UK fans talk about how it's eligible.. Not album sales (there's no UK ver. released to fit rules), just vinyls. It is the first time ever they have vinyls so it makes sense this is why.
If this is the case it's actually pretty annoying albums sales STILL don't count on charts.. How hard is it for JYP to do what even smaller agencies does??

It's definitely because of this. I'm pretty sure If all versions that are being sold in the UK counted towards UK Charts, they'd have multiple #1s already.
Or at least If there are specific UK Versions...

Yeah they'd only get #1s nowadays if their albums qualified.
But vinyls let's go! They could still get #1 with just digital + vinyls
