they've allowed fans to make decisions and votings, but then few members got crazily overworked because of that

knowing how it is with Knetz they were people who commented or even emailed them with some shit like: "so can't you just wait until member X will fully recover and then do this gravity including her?"

I like the system in how it compensates the idols but they need to find a balance. I think the members that went on break before the tour are the ones that usually get picked for everything. I do like the idea that fans have a say because that could help a lot. I think they usually picked the right stuff in regards to title tracks and what to promote for tripleS and Artms.

I agree that they need to re-evaluate the system but I hope it doesn't affect compensation.

They should just operate as sports team, have bench, rotation, injured members, and all that.

Don't they already do that? The subunit songs can be performed by any member and tours doesn't include every member. So, they kind of already operate as a sports team in that regard because there's a rotation. I guess for certain votes they could possibly have a rule where a member can't be selected x times in a row for subunits. i guess that would affect their bottom line because the heavy spenders will spend less.

They' kind of do. But there wasn't situation yet where member was tagged as unabled to pick/benched during Gravity. And this should be added. Health should be priority, they have 24 members

yes there are company picks as well

for example let's say there are 8 spots

so Modhaus might announce that member X will be a leader of upcoming unit, and later on they will also have 1-2 pre-selected members revealed as well

but you know how it is, the most popular ones are selected over, and over again which gives them no time to rest, that's why I always said that for gods sake there need to be some injured/sick bench to protect those girls
