Honestly I'd look at it in a different way

why on earth are cigarettes so cheap in Korea, as well as in China and Japan

they cost two times more in countries like: Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Romania

if I would be in government in those Asian countries I would immediately up taxes for tobacco products
