I would assume that they would only if it was under the group name? Like, BTS members have solo songs and music videos that are still labelled "BTS" songs because they are on the albums and whatnot (such as RM's Persona, Suga's Seesaw, etc.) Like, if the music video for Persona brings in x amount then assume that amount goes to the group since it's in their discography.
As for completely solo, like under their own name and not a part of a larger group project, I would assume it's typical for them to be the only one receiving anything. Maybe the contract makes it so that any revenue made by any member goes into funding the group as a whole and also just for bettering the company. Even if solo income gets split, I would assume the artist would get their fair cut and the company would take theirs and use it how they deem fit.
