    On February 5, 2025, Beyond Music announced that it fully acquired IST Entertainment from Kakao Entertainment and will be incorporating it as a subsidiary.


    I won't be surprised if they bought company to clean situation out, gain some building floors and then maybe debut their first own group?


    You can even see how it was with Weeekly they basically disbanded just few weeks after owner changed. Unless Beyond Music bought IST without realizing how bad situation there is, and in consequence they've lost money, and don't have any plans with it at all.
