I’m running for office, and I wonder if it’s only the losing presidential candidates that give a concession speech or if it includes more people like losing gubernatorial candidates, losing senatorial candidates, etc

Seen Concession speeches by Candidates of all levels of Public Office. Mostly congratulation calls towards the winner.

Seems to be traditional. Very important admission to resolve close elections.
