If both groups were having a concert Itzy is an easy pick.

LE SSERAFIM: like multiple people before me have mentioned, LSF vocal duo > ITZY vocal duo.

Dance:

LE SSERAFIM: only because they have Kazuha. If not for Kazuha, it'd be a tie.

Stage Presence:

LE SSERAFIM & ITZY: Tied

Rap:

ITZY: LSF don't have strong rappers so far.

Overall Performance:

LE SSERAFIM: I genuinely enjoy watching their performances and they have variations to each perf even though they perform the same song.
