Read their mind, as it would take a little of persuasion to get them to do what you want if you know what they're thinking, is kinda a loop hole of not forcing someone to as you want but simply suggesting things in which they ultimately do something I want of there own 'free will' if that makes sense.
Honestly I have skills of a con artist (thanks father lol) which have gone unused lol
