Tosaka Hiroomi, also known by the stage name ØMI, is a multifaceted Japanese artist involved in singing, songwriting, acting, and producing. He is a member of Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS from EXILE TRIBE. Tosaka gained prominence by winning the EXILE Presents VOCAL BATTLE AUDITION 2 in 2010, which led to his selection as a vocalist for Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS. He is also the founder and president of CDL entertainment and serves as a creative officer at LDH JAPAN. Tosaka debuted as a solo artist with the single "WASTED LOVE" in 2017 under the name HIROOMI TOSAKA, later changing his stage name to ØMI in February 2021. Since August 2022, he has used the name ØMI both for his solo career and as a member of Sandaime J SOUL BROTHERS.
**Early Life**
Tosaka Hiroomi was born on March 12, 1987, in Tokyo, Japan. In his youth, he played soccer from elementary school to high school. Influenced by the TV drama "Beautiful Life ~Futari de Ita Hibi~" (2000), Tosaka decided to become a beautician/hair stylist. He graduated from the Kubota Barber Beauty College and worked at a hair salon in Omotesando but quit after six months. He then worked part-time as a sales clerk at an apparel store.

**2010**
- In February, Tosaka participated in the EXILE Presents VOCAL BATTLE AUDITION 2.
- On September 15, he was announced as one of the winners and selected as a vocalist of Sandaime J Soul Brothers.

Personal Life
Family
Tosaka's father is an office worker and his mother is a housewife. He grew up in a "super laissez-faire" household, was left alone, and can hardly remember his parents getting angry at him.
Relationships
In August 2016, it was reported by weekly gossip magazines that Tosaka and Japanese model Rola had been dating in secret since the end of 2015, having grown closer through a shared English conversation teacher. Both did not comment on the reports. On January 1, 2017, magazines reported that they had broken up due to busy schedules, again with no comment from either party.
