Have you ever heard a neighbor playing music without being in the neighbor's room?

my neighbours teenager has sometimes blasted music outside their house and it drove me completely insane. and i hear music when theres a festival in the city which also drives me crazy . i can also hear dogs barking all day which is also something that drives me crazy i feel like i live in a doghouse

I have two man childs as neighbours, both have a unique habit of suddenly blasting music wherever they feel like it and worse part is that their musical preference is dog shit third grade garbage.
