One of Japanese members, Kotoko was asked a question, she had problems with answering, but still director complimented her nicely, but then Kotoko cried. So this is what director said:
"We're not the people who evaluate and judge members like this, but we're people who are trying to make you shine and support you more. You'll do fine"
