    I don't think I have heard that song in like decades.


    Well... I used to read Karius og Baktus and other Thorbjørn Egner books, when I was a child. (those books also had music notes on the last pages, so that people could play those songs on piano and sing.)

    And in my country, some children's dental clinics have Karius og Baktus stuff. (it probably is that way in Norway too)

    That book is popular because it teaches children about dental health.
