Based on the Brazil-Chile-Mexico dates, it seems that they're trying to cut costs by visiting multiple stops in a region at around the same time.
They also appear to be specifically avoiding the US (and perhaps Canada by association) for some reason.
Japan is the most surprising to me, given the country's proximity to Korea and its concert-going culture. That being said, I will note that Dreamcatcher hasn't toured there in over five years (the last time being May 2019).
