For me personally the order goes like so
McDonalds #1 for fries (when fresh) and top tier sprite n smoothies
Taco Bell #2 for Nacho fries, potato burritos and baja blast lol
In n Out #3 grilled cheese SUPERIOR
Sonic#4 Shakes, cheese fries, tater tots and CHERRY LIMEADE
Burger King #5 for their onion rings>>>
Wendy's #6 ..... the frostys are good 
1. Burger King… their original chicken sandwich is really good and low calorie for fast food
2. Mc Donald bcs fries
3. Sonic the shakes are the only thing I’ve gotten
Never tried the rest and I don’t eat fast food anymore 
The American cheeseburger:
East coast - Five Guys
West coast - In N Out (Double Double)
When top picks unavailable - Wendy's Dave's Double over McDonald's quarter pounder or BK's Whopper, which can often give dry cardboard.
Pass - Burger King, despite Iron Man endorsement:
#1 Chick-fil-A periodt (for food at least)

My real fave fast food is a little remembered fast food joint called Arby's.
Hard to find these days, but they still exist.
I said Chick-fil-a before since they are easier to find, but I'd take Arby's over it for complete meal.
Meal: Roast beef sandwich + curly fries + creamsicle - yum
