Now there could be some trainees/members which will say:

"I've tried my best but unnie scolded me, and was mad at me, and..."

at one point person which doesn't do well might also have a breakdown and creating some scenarios in head like:

"I'm tryinig to do as she says, I bet she doesn't like me at all, and other members don't do anything to protect me"

what's your take on situations like this, do you think that some idols minds will start to play tricks, and they will start imagine that they are bullied, neglected or ostracized?

  • I mean being a trainee itself and having to jump into something so hard at a young age is already giving you too much mental stress that a 15 or 16-year-old shouldn't have to feel so early in life, then on top of that there are older people watching your every move and you have to practice hours and hours every day just to get scolded, but leaders have to carry the group and that does include scolding and making sure everything is right, but it is hard on your mental health.

So it may seem like your elders are trying to bully or bring you down, especially because they're older than you and their brain is more developed.
