So , Ms. MARKS will *very likely* get at least *1 YEAR* Prison duration ... And my *guess* more likely *2 YEARS* Prison duration ... And this is a situation where Ms. MARKS has *conspired* to MANIPULATE the outcome of the Election of a USA HOUSE Rep. (*not* a trivial political job exactly) ... I could easily see a JUDGE to give Ms. MARKS say *3 YEARS* in Prison with no hesitation ... Ms. MARKS has agreed to testify against GEORGE SANTOS as required ... Ms. MARKS *sentencing* is April 2024 , so say 30 days after that , she will likely be in PRISON as an inmate.
GEORGE SANTOS looks more *strongly* as a FLIGHT RISK now to me.
SANTOS has next COURT EVENT on Oct. 27th ??? ...
Maybe SANTOS *BAIL* situation ends ??? ...
And SANTOS waits in JAIL until his TRIAL begins ???
And I am thinking that GEORGE SANTOS could *easily* end up as
COURT GUILTY with *10 YEARS* Prison duration as his punishment.
