UNCLEAR to me , IF that any *New* Video Content from 'Channel 4' , dated *after* Jan 1, 2023 , so *after* the ANDREW TATE arrest in Romania nation , will be allowed as *Public Information* to be viewed by everyone on a GLOBAL News basis by ROMANIA COURT SYSTEM (JUDGE).

ANDREW TATE is *clearly* being *Police Investigated* for a *possible* future CRIMINAL TRIAL COURT Event in Romania , about *serious consequence* CRIMINAL CHARGES (Human Trafficking and Physical Violence related to that , so GUILTY means 10 YEARS in RO PRISON ???) ... I find it *difficult* to believe that RO COURT SYSTEM would allow 'Channel 4' (film firm) to transform the situation into a 'Trial By Global News Media' situation ... Which , IF that I was the RO JUDGE , I would NOT want to *Release* them from JAIL , *pending* future CRIMINAL CHARGES , either ANDREW TATE or his BROTHER ... If you do that , it would seem as , fairly quickly , the TATE Brothers will try to turn their situation into a 'Trial by YouTube' (or as that) ... My guess , now , the RO JUDGE does NOT release them from RO JAIL , before 'Final Decision' on a *possible* CRIMINAL COURT TRIAL event for the TATE Brothers is made ... Since the RO JUDGE can choose to keep the TATE Brothers in RO JAIL (via *more* extensions) until July 1, 2023 , my guess , is it will happen *approximately* that way ... Say some time before May 15, 2023 , RO PROSECUTORS will decide as to FORMAL CRIMINAL CHARGES (Official 'Papers' Filed) for the TATE Brothers ... If FORMAL CRIMINAL CHARGES are made , then the RO JUDGE decides by say June 15, 2023 , *IF* that a CRIMINAL TRIAL Event of the TATE Brothers does take place , and when in might begin (Trial Date) ... Meanwhile , IF a CRIMINAL COURT TRIAL is to happen , I would guess that the TATE Brothers are a FLIGHT RISK to FLEE ROMANIA ... And that their *entire* possible future RO COURT TRIAL Event will happen with them *still* residing in their RO JAIL CELLS ... As to when that their *possible* CRIMINAL COURT TRIAL Event for the TATE Brothers might *begin* (date of it) , maybe *after* Jan. 1, 2024 ??? ... And the TATE Brothers *remain* in RO JAIL until AFTER their *possible* RO COURT TRIAL finally ends , and is decided (GUILTY = Likely PRISON duration punishment) ??? ... Which , would the 'Final Outcome Decision' (JUDGE) of RO CRIMINAL COURT TRIAL for the TATE Brothers be by say June 1, 2024 ??? ... The TATE Brothers are NOT ROMANIA Citizens either (rather dual USA and UK citizens) ... I am NOT clear that the TATE Brothers are any sort of *Priority Concern* of the RO COURT SYSTEM either ... The TATE Brothers seem as a couple of *FOREIGN NATION* Citizen *Dirt Bags* (to me).
