Bang has given Min Heejin almost total control, which is expected to be expanded over Hybe's other acts.

Given the way things are progressing Min Heejin will demand the rights to run BTS as well (she ran Shinee before so she has boy group experience) and Bang will probably say yes, the members' opinions notwithstanding.

NewJeans now only has one active rival remaining in K-O-R-E-A - Lee Jieun.

Lee Jieun is the one enemy Min Heejin could not truly overcome, and Lee Jieun does have to do something this year to stay relevant.

The new album will either bury or revive Lee Jieun. Min Heejin appears to know that subduing her greatest adversary is a prerequisite for reaching higher.

Because it is similar to Kim Youngmin taking control of SM and SNSD's career at the latter's most famous stage (Kim Youngmin was fixated by boy groups and did his utmost to undermine SNSD so the boy groups would thrive), and Min Heejin was at SM at that time and had seen and learned all of Kim Youngmin's trick of taking over a company without a controlling share.

BTS is the biggest prize and after NJ s domination is complete she will ask for the rights to run BTS, a request Bang is likely to approve.

I just don't see it with the plot of her taking over other acts. Plus Kim Youngmin tricks or whatever can't be applied since we're talking about a different situation here.

She already has NJ which is where her focus is on.

Bang doesn't have to approve anything when he's not involved with BTS anymore. Their original team/staff have already been allocated to other groups/acts.
