and can't really forget big name advocates for the cause flying in private jets and buying beachfront property despite saying we'll all be underwater by yesterday. regardless of all the bs, people still ought to at least keep their surroundings clean and stop throwing those pointless covid masks in the sea. if our oceans get ruined, we really would be screwed at that point lol
