if you take an old hat and then superglue or stitch an old pair of socks on to it's sides, you can make your own bunny hat that you can customize with paint like the ones the girls are wearing below

if you don't have spares or can't afford to buy hats and socks-- or just plain too cheap then you can just look into a relatives closet when they're not around and try to find some. i'm sure they won't notice. if you don't live with family then just go to the mall and scout where all the cctv cameras are located and look for an opportunity to swipe a few pairs quickly before security figures out what you're trying to do. i already made one myself that i plan on wearing to my great grandfather's funeral while i deliver a eulogy
