Super Junior had to cancel their previous concert in Phillphines in August due to Eunhyuk's father passing away, but they still showed up in front of fans to apologize in person. They promised to add a second day and come back later, which was last weekend.
The promoter said they have a special gift for ELF and informed them to dress nicely. 
Turns out, Super Junior planned to perform their new song in front of fans for the first time and even recorded an official special performance as a gift from Manila, Philliphines.
