Yeah, the company was made out of nothing. The CEO is a former Stone Entertainment employee who hated how the curent idol-buis is going and so she made her own company in 2016 even tho she had no money and even said she feels sometimes quit bad when not being able to give the boys what she thinks they deserve, but the whole company loves her like an older sister (and they even seem to like spending time with her child). In 2020 she gained enough money to buy her own company after having rented out a basement from a restaurant. She only was able to buy the building cause the famous 1 MILLION Dance Studio needed to sell some rooms of their building and sold them to her, because they liked A.C.E and so even gave her a discount on the building's price. She later on published on the company-website that she would like to audition people as trainees and than later on adopted Forstella (I think they were under Universal before but left cause their contract ran out). And yeah, not the biggest or best selling company but it seems to be still enough to gain trainees
