    ... The USA *continues* to cruise USA Navy warships through TAIWAN STRAIT ...

    ... But *NOT* any AIRCRAFT CARRIERS = so *less* provocation of PRChina.

    (2) PRChina also *claims* SOUTH CHINA SEA areas that other Asia nations

    ... do NOT agree with them (so dispute it) ...

    (3) TAIWAN independence (?) clearly *remains* as a strong friction issue.


    If 'happy' is NOT talking about *strong* points of *significant* disagreement ...

    Then yes , everyone is 'happy' so to speak (my view).
