    IU if she counts. Otherwise it’s probably Taeyeon. It was GD when he was active. Zico is also big but not sure he counts as kpop anymore

    No other 3rd gen soloist would get near to the 1m ULs Jennie got to, even if you adjusted it down with recent changes to the charts. She's probably the only soloist that I'm 99% sure would hit top 2 if she released.

    The OP is asking in the context of Kakao scandal, where the company was found to have invested in a party which targeted other groups..


    That is being extended upon IVE and the 'biggest soloist', the they have benefited from such unethical tactics of Kakao.


    But that is nonsensical.. IU was already the biggest soloist before Kakao acquired Loen in 2016
